In order to assess whether we would be the right firm for your case, we require an initial free consultation of your case by phone or email. There is no charge for this initial phone or email consultation. However, we do charge a per hour fee for any document review or in person appointment that may be necessary to best assess your matter. Rates will vary and we are happy to discuss such charges on a case by case basis.

Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Hourly rates are charged in six minute increments and all invoices will be provided with a detailed log of time and work performed. We may also require a retainer on a case by case basis. Flat rates are provided for uncontested evictions, conveyance document preparation, and uncontested collection actions. Please contact us for our current hourly and flat rates. For Conveyance document preparation please ask for our current Document Preparation Fee Schedule. All retainers must be paid up front prior to the commencement of work.
