Principal Attorney
Jason WOo
Prior to opening his own law practice in 2014, Jason served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City & County of Honolulu where he successfully tried numerous jury trials, including felony offenses. Jason transitioned from criminal law to civil litigation by joining Mosely, Biehl, Tsugawa, Lau, & Muzzi LLLC (now known as Tsugawa, Lau, & Muzzi), a well respected private civil law firm, concentrating on commercial litigation, construction law, real estate law, collections, and foreclosures. He then joined the boutique law firm of Anderson, Lahne & Fujisaki, LLP, which exclusively represented homeowners and condominium associations statewide in collections, foreclosures, and covenant violation matters. His current practice focuses on local businesses and community individuals who may not need a large high powered law firm with large high powered law firm prices to resolve legal issues with a bad tenant, changing title, or drafting a basic contract.
Jason is a current Commissioner with the City and County of Honolulu Planning Commission which advises the Mayor, council and the director of Planning and permitting on matters concerning planning programs, development plans, and zoning ordinances among other related duties. Jason is also a former Board Chair and current Board Member for Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) Oahu Region Board of Directors (2024). Early in his career, Jason served as a Board Member for the Hawaii State Bar Association - Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors.
